I do my best to be flexible and find times that truly work for you. I offer a variety of appointment options, including some weekend availability, so we can create a schedule that feels comfortable and supportive.

Individual sessions typically last 53–60 minutes, giving us plenty of time to explore what you need. Couples sessions can run a bit longer when helpful, so you both have the space to feel heard and supported.

Yes, absolutely. Many insurance plans cover up to two sessions per week, and if you ever feel you need extra support, you’re welcome to schedule additional self-pay sessions. We can work together to find the rhythm that feels right for you.

All of my sessions are offered through secure telehealth, allowing you to connect from the comfort and privacy of your own space. This way, therapy fits seamlessly into your life, wherever you are.

Yes. I accept most insurance plans for clients in Georgia. In Florida, sessions are self-pay. Couples sessions are self-pay in all locations. I’m always happy to talk through payment options and help you find what feels most comfortable for you.
